We don’t sell stand-alone hosting to new clients. Our plans include hosting because we take responsibility for the whole site — updates, backups, and support together.

Do I need my own hosting?
No. Hosting is included. We manage the server so we can stand behind the whole site.
Can you look after a site you didn't build?
Yes. We’ll audit it first and recommend Care, Partner, or Complete.
What counts as one website?
One WordPress installation at its own address (domain or subdomain). Multisite or multiple domains — contact us.
What happens to my hours if I don't use them?
Partner and Complete hours don’t roll over — they keep the site actively maintained each month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There is no notice period. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you are not charged again, and your cover runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you offer annual billing?
Optional annual prepay with 2 months free may be available — confirm at checkout.
